Senior Quantity Surveyor - Super prime Residential Country Estate - Surrey This leading specialist in the super prime residential sector has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business and work on a large exclusive country estate in Surrey. The project consists of a large house, multilevel basement, spa, leisure facilities on a private estate in Surrey, south of Guildford. The project is circa £50m and is a very exclusive level of quality and, bespoke finishing. The main existing building is grade II listed so will offer many challenges in the design and building process with a number of variations as the project moves forward. This is a great opportunity to work on one of the largest and highest quality projects in the super prime residential sector. You will as a Senior Quantity Surveyor have relevant experience of exclusive residential projects of the highest level. This project has an amazing allure however, will be technically demanding so the right level of specific experience is essential to be successful. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and must be a professional in the super prime residential sector.
