A client-oriented Project and Cost Management consultancy is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. The Project Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be part of a close-knit team of 15 in Birmingham, where a strong business culture encourages cooperation and support. You will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning sectors such as Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Project sizes typically range from £5m to £30m, with some larger hotel and residential schemes reaching £100m - £200m. This is an exciting opportunity to take on challenging work within a high-achieving firm, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering projects while mentoring junior team members and advancing your career to Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director beyond this The Project Quantity Surveyor MRICS ideally, but not essential.
