My client are a leading construction group operating across a wide range of sectors including accommodation, build-to-rent, residential, and commercial. They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a £14m housing project in Cornwall. As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include: Produce accurate monthly valuations on time Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly Manage workforce and client for the project Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis Produce Monthly CVR's Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects. Manage project budgets and monitor costs. Conduct site visits for accurate estimating.
