We have an exciting opportunity with a medium-sized Oxfordshire-based developer who specialises in crafting premium residential projects. About the Company Our client is a well-respected developer in Oxford, with a reputation for delivering beautifully designed homes, typically ranging from 4 to 10 properties per development. Their focus on quality and attention to detail sets them apart in the market. The Role As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tenders Conducting site visits and valuations Managing subcontractor payments and contracts Supporting senior QSs with financial reporting and cost control Requirements A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field Experience in residential construction Strong numerical and analytical skills Office-Based Role This position requires you to be in the Oxford office 5 days a week. Please note that hybrid working is not offered, so we are looking for someone who values the collaboration and structure that comes with being office-based. Salary This role offers £38k.
