O'Neill and Brennan are assisting a Construction Main Contractor with their search to build their commercial surveying team out and recruit Assistant QS , Project QS , Senior QS and Commercial managers for their new division within the business. These are full-time on-site roles in London Area. The Commercial team will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy in project budgets. They are looking for people with RC Frame or Main Contracting backgrounds. Recent Project Wins: X2 Office CAT A&B Fit Out - Central London EPL Football club Part Fit Out £60m Fit Out office - Central London X3 5 Star Hotel - London Salary Ranges: Assistant QS - £50,000 Package Project QS - £70,000 Package Senior QS - £85,000-90,0000 Package Commercial Manager - £100,000-110,000 Package All positions will be reporting into a Commercial Manager and Commercial Director.
