We are exclusively partnering with an emerging practice who are gaining recognition for a broad range of contemporary and sustainable project within contemporary intervention and workplace retrofit in key London sites. With an ethos underpinned by creative collaboration and fun, this studio value bold and ambitious designers who aren’t afraid to step out of their comfort zone and contribute to all aspects of practice life. In this role as Project Architect you will enjoy close collaboration with management whilst overseeing an assistant in the design, development and execution of projects up to £30m. Building on your client liaison and coordination skills, this is an opportunity for a relatively newly qualified Part III to take the reigns on their own career development in a leading role at a practice where everyone has a voice. Skills & Experience: Newly qualified Part III Qualified Architect / equivalent. Experience within UK workplace advantageous, although a quality portfolio demonstrating your own design ideas and creative flair across any sector will be considered. Sound knowledge of UK building codes and construction methods. Highly proficient in Revit. Passion or experience in sustainable retrofit and existing buildings beneficial.
