New Opportunity: Graduate Building Surveyor Surveying Practice, Brighton (UK) £25,000 - £35,000 per annum I’m partnered with a growing surveying practice in Brighton, seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a perfect blend of professional and project-based work, providing hands-on experience across a variety of schemes. The successful candidate will be involved in property inspections, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting drone surveys, while liaising with homeowners, developers, and contractors. As part of the team, the successful candidate will assist with key building surveying duties, such as defect analysis, preparing dilapidation reports, and schedules of condition. They will also gain valuable experience with the Party Wall etc. Act, building a strong foundation in both construction and legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in a supportive environment with full APC support. The ideal candidate will have a RICS-accredited degree, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
