Key Responsibilities: Work on large-scale residential projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Lead and contribute to design workshops and project presentations. Develop technical details and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations. Regularly visit project sites to engage with the practical aspects of design and construction. Required Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, preferably within residential projects. Proficiency in Revit and a strong grasp of other digital tools (e.g., Enscape, Dynamo, Grasshopper). Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical design.
