A highly respected and well-established construction contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality housing projects has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build social housing development in Brighouse. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you're passionate about driving construction excellence and have a strong background in managing housing developments, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Manage Projects: Oversee the day-to-day management of housing sites, ensuring all work aligns with project schedules and plans. Ensure Health & Safety: Lead a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation and company policies. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, ensuring all work meets building regulations and specifications. Lead Teams: Effectively manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence. Problem Solve: Proactively address challenges or delays to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery. Communication: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Reporting: Provide clear and accurate updates on site progress, risks, and milestones to senior project teams.Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the new build residential sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards. Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and teams. SMSTS certification. A valid CSCS card (essential). First Aid at Work certification A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects
