Develop project delivery processes and pricing procedures to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Conduct site visits to engage with trades, attend client meetings, and survey buildings for planning. Provide accurate estimates and quotations detailing materials, parts, and labour. Maintain transparent communication with clients, ensuring professionalism and support. Offer hands-on project support while managing plans and costs. Collaborate with the interiors design and sales teams to drive business growth. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Degree/qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. NEBOSH certification. Proven leadership skills and a strong drive for success. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
