Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Office located between Tottenham Court Road and Holborn, London. Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Office located: Between Tottenham Court Road and Holborn. 26 days holiday plus 3 additional days at Christmas. Currently, there are 15 members in the team and it is growing. Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid level Project Manager who has worked in the construction sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope within the construction, architecture sector. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The company is involved with Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage builds with projects primarily based in the UK and mainly in London. Responsibilities: Set project timelines. Monitor project deliverables. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress. Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction, Project Management or equivalent. Strong business acumen in project planning and management. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Bonus if from an Architectural background with knowledge of RIBA stages, particularly Stage 3 onwards.
