ESD are currently recruiting for a quantity surveyor based in London. Our client are a leading demolition contractor based in London and are looking to add a QS to there growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyse cost estimates for construction projects - Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures - Conduct risk analysis and value management - Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities - Negotiate contracts and work schedules with clients and contractors - Measure and value work done on-site - Provide regular financial progress reports - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Key Skills: - Proficiency in quantity surveying practices - Experience working with a tier one contractor - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
