Estimator – Hospitality & Retail Fit Out Job type:- Full time permanent (Office based) Location:- Doncaster, South Yorkshire Salary:- £40,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience) I am looking for an experienced estimator to join and both strengthen and enhance my clients established estimating team. The company is a well-established fit out and refurbishment contractor with a multi skilled local workforce and a highly trained team. A family run business working Nationally in a range of sectors including hospitality, leisure and commercial. Offer: Car allowance and mileage in addition to the salary. Free on site parking Company sick pay 32 days a year holidays including bank holidays Company pension Office hours 08:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday Areas of responsibility will include:- Attending site visits as required. Produce tenders from drawings/specifications/bill of quantities for both negotiated and competitive tenders. Send out enquiries out to suppliers and subcontractors. Provide professional advice and build positive relationship with each client. Commercially aware. Able to work on multiple quotes simultaneously and at a fast pace. Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: Estimating: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person
