Job Title: Senior Project Manager Salary:£65,000 - £80,000 Location:West London Role Type:Permanent Join an established, high-end construction company known for delivering bespoke, premium residential developments across London. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager role: Site Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly site while overseeing the site team to ensure timely project delivery, cost control, and quality assurance. Programme Oversight: Manage and update construction programmes, ensuring critical milestones are met. Provide regular progress reports and address any potential delays. Communication & Collaboration: Lead clear, proactive communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align everyone with project goals. Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and managing site safety measures. Quality Assurance: Uphold the companys quality standards, ensuring work meets specifications and resolving defects promptly with subcontractors. Commercial Management: Collaborate with the commercial team to manage variation accounts, identify potential savings through value engineering, and oversee procurement within budget. Document Control: Ensure all project documentation and communications are efficiently managed using Procore and other relevant project management tools. Requirements for the Senior Project Manager role: Strong understanding of health and safety practices with relevant certifications such as First Aid and Site Manager Safety Training. Proficient in Procore, MS Office, and MS Projects. NVQ Level 6 in Construction or equivalent.
