Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Site Manager on a medium scale housing development in York, on a 3 month contract through to the end of January. The ideal candidate will come from a volume house building background and will have experience liaising and dealing with the NHBC. Roles & Responsibilities H&S Management of build programme NHBC Liaison Sub-contractor meetings Inductions Managing trades & sub-contractors Ensuring CML's are achieved on time Customer home demo's Contracts Manager updates You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
