We may just have the job for you Orion is supporting a hugely successful national building contractor seeking to add Assistant Site Managers who will be the Site & Project Managers of the future. Based out of their Inverness based Office, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities will include: Assisting in the management of site activities and workforce. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones. Maintaining quality control and addressing any issues that arise. To excel in this role, you should possess: Relevant experience in construction or site management. A proven trades Qualification Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. A valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid).
