Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Working with commercial team and technical support develop and issue project scope. Agree/challenge commercial dept on the number/types of roles and equipment required on the project. Working with asset management and personnel and logistics define sourcing strategy for people and equipment, considering: internal v external, cost, availability and suitability. Working closely with the Client Representatives and Party Chief to ensure that project schedules are achieved. Ownership of contractual disputes and resolution. Responsible for relationship management of client. Agree budget with commercial manager and plan and control project P&L. Cooperate with the preparation of Project’s Procedures, as well as issuing and acceptance by the Client. Cooperate with the QHSE for the issuing the Quality Control Plan and QHSE documentation as well as issuing and acceptance by the client. Working with Personnel and Logistics and Asset Management ensure the allocation of personnel and equipment to the project. Participate in the kick-off meetings. Qualifications / Desired Strong business acumen in project planning and management A sound background in a commercial offshore industry Previous Project Management experience.
