Job Title: Architect Location: London Salary: £46,000-£52,000 (with flex dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: 6-month Fixed term with possibility of extension (flexible working, hybrid option after 3 months) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our London-based team on a six-month fixed term. This role offers competitive pay, and for the right candidate, we’re open to adjusting the rate above the standard range. If you have a technical bias and preferably experience as a project lead, this could be the perfect fit for you. Key Responsibilities: Review and refine architectural drawings, identifying and correcting any errors. Oversee and collaborate with teams. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is preferred Qualifications/Requirements: Must have Fit-Out experience. Strong technical focus. Experience leading projects is preferred. Around 10 years of UK experience preferred. Hybrid Working: While the role is primarily office-based, there is flexibility to work from home after the first three months, with room for discussion due to the contract's short-term nature.
