What the client has on offer for a Site Manager: Competitive salary 10% Car allowance 27 annual days leave 5% pension Private healthcare Ideal Senior Site Manager Candidate: Experience managing on education / healthcare would be beneficial SMSTS CSCS Card Previous experience Managing internal packages including First / Second and Final Fix. Past experience managing subcontractors would be advantageous. Senior Site Manager Duties: Coordinate trades and labour for the internal packages. Monitor site performances against the programme.
