I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a local authority in Nottinghamshire area. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out general responsive repairs surveys to the councils non-domestic properties Repairs Surveyor duties: Be responsible for carrying out pre and post repairs inspections Ensure contractors and suppliers are performing to specification and contractual terms Specify, authorise, own and manage works to completion.
