Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor North London Currently recruiting for a QS or Senior QS to join the remediation programme of a London Developer. General duties would include: The usual Commercial requirements such as contract administration, cost management and reporting, procurement, valuations, notices and payments etc. Procuring exploratory surveys of facades, fire door, fire stopping and follow on remediation works This is a head office based role with site visits when required. Sites are generally North and East London Previous façade experience would be good and prior use of COINS would be beneficial Salary with vary depending on level of QS Please apply with an up to date CV
