Façade Site Manager Location: Swindon Rate: £260 - £270 per day We are currently recruiting for an experienced Façade Site Manager to oversee a commercial project in Swindon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing façade and rendering works and will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with project specifications. Manage on-site teams and subcontractors, with a focus on rendering and façade works. Ensure health & safety regulations are met and enforced on site. Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and quality control processes. Report progress and issues to senior management and clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on façade and rendering projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications. Benefits: Competitive daily rate of £260 - £270.
