The Role As an Architect/Architectural Technician, you will: Collaborate with the project team on commercial retrofit and fit-out projects . Contribute to projects across all stages, from concept design through to installation and handover. Develop detailed designs using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite . Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery. Stay up to date with current trends in commercial and mixed-use developments. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in commercial retrofit and fit-out projects , with additional experience in mixed-use developments highly desirable. Proficiency in Revit , with a strong ability to work in a 3D BIM environment. Proven skills in detailing, consultant coordination, and project management. Knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations . Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
