Location: Fowey, Cornwall Contract Length: 10 Months (with potential opportunity for a permanent position) Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Join a well-established construction company and play a key role in delivering a high-quality project in the heart of Cornwall. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Valid SMSTS and/or SSSTS qualifications. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach to site management and safety.
