This will include leading design teams, managing contractors on site, carrying our dilapidation inspections, Carrying out defect inspections and Specification writing.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a sounds knowledge of building construction, be RICS or CIOB qualified and have a background in private estates or commercial.This is a great role for a building surveyor to join a leading public sector organisation where you will be a vital cog In the wheel.The role:Covering 43 builds over 7 acres.Manage medium size projects up to 500K.Working with the design teamManaging contractors on site.Carrying our dilapidation inspectionsCarrying out defect inspectionsSpecification writingModifying building for disables access and sustainabilityThe personBuilding surveying experience.Experience dealing with private estates or commercial buildings.RICS qualified or CIOBCandidates who have experience with historical building are encouraged to apply
