Description

Our client is a contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a mixed use residential scheme in West London. The project consists of 610 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £150m. The position will report into the Project Director. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of £50m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k - £110k full package & bonus
