If so, we have a new vacancy that could be the perfect fit for you Park Avenue are currently working with a Council in the Southeast who are looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join the team. This will require you to work on the Council's Operational Portfolio, dealing with assets that are occupied by the Council themselves or by Community Organisations. Landlord & Tenant negotiations would play a central aspect of this role. An empathetic and patient outlook is essential for this position, due to the stakeholders and tenants you would be negotiating with. Public Sector experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.
