A client-focused Project and Cost Management consultancy is seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working on a diverse range of exciting projects in sectors including Hospitality and Leisure, High-End Retail, Residential, and Commercial, both across the UK and Europe. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive and cohesive team of 15 in Birmingham, where a strong business culture fosters collaboration and professional growth. This dynamic environment is ideal for self-starters eager to learn, contribute, and advance within the organisation. You'll gain experience working on a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Project sizes typically range from £5m to £30m, with some larger schemes reaching up to £200m. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in challenging work, develop your skills, and support senior team members while progressing your career within a high-achieving firm.
