Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor – ASAP Start (will wait notice) – Salary DOE – Central London We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property investment firm renowned for its high-end, large-scale projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, advising on the financial aspects of their projects, while being part of a collaborative and committed team. Key Experience: Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the property industry. Strong pre- and post-contract experience. Skilled in providing financial guidance to clients on complex projects. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, balancing assertiveness with diplomacy. We’re looking for someone reflective, adaptable, and team-focused, with a warm and open approach. Enthusiasm, self-awareness, reliability, and flexibility are highly valued.
