Join a leading main developer in Liverpool and take the lead on shaping the region’s skyline with high-impact projects. About the Role: Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential and residential projects. Oversee project planning, execution, and handover, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Drive the resolution of any issues related to design, scheduling, or delivery. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing high-rise and residential projects, ideally with a main developer. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
