Project/Senior Site Manager About the Role: Are you a driven and experienced site manager looking to oversee exceptional bespoke joinery projects? We’re working with a well-established and growing specialist joinery Sub-Contractor, seeking a Project or Senior Site Manager to lead project delivery in the North West. With a focus on high-quality craftsmanship, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Project/Senior Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing bespoke joinery projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure programme milestones are met, and maintain the highest standards of quality. Here’s what your role will involve: Project Leadership: Managing the delivery of bespoke joinery and performance doorset projects across various sites in the North West. Overseeing site programmes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and delivery. Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with client expectations. Enforcing health and safety compliance across all project sites. Team & Resource Management: Leading site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals effectively. Coordinating materials, schedules, and resources to maintain productivity and minimise delays. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site or Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with joinery or fit-out projects. Exposure to Tier 1 contractor environments is highly preferred. Strong ability to manage project programmes and ensure timely delivery. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships. A proactive approach with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety.
