Please see new freelance Site Manager role below. £300 Per Day Kensington Hotel Refurbishment 3 Months Start Date: Start of January (TBC) One of our established clients are currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a 6-storey hotel in Kensington. The first phase involves overseeing tradesmen on the demolition and civil works of the building. The right person will have experience doing hotel/office fit outs or refurbishments, overseeing tradesmen abiding by health and safety and driving the job forward. The right candidate's main responsibilities will include: - Liaising with client - Ensuring the project is on track - Work completed to a high standard - Ensure health and safety protocol is followed - Overseeing the demolition phase of the contract The right candidate will have the following: - CSCS Card - SMSTS Certificate - First Aid at Work We are looking for the right person to start at the beginning of January.
