Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to excel in a exciting NEW project in the Yorkshire region? Senior Site Manager Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a New Build DfE scheme in Leeds with an approx. value of £35m. About the role of Site Manager This opportunity as a site manager with a Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality. Responsibilities for Site Manager Substructures through to interior fit out to handover Responsible for managing a full site team Chairing subcontractor meetings Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set. Requirements for Site Manager. Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Leisure or DfE developments. Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors Trade background or Degree BSC construction management. CSCS Black NVQ level 6 Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
