Senior Projects Manager Division: Estates and Facilities Location: Redhill There is a requirement to work cross-site as/when required in the surrounding areas in South East England Job Type: Temporary Duration of booking: This is a temporary ongoing role for 6 months and maybe longer Essential start date: Must be able to start 04/10 in order to accommodate the handover of the current incumbent Sector: Healthcare Base: Hospital Band: 8c Pay Rates: £37.50 to £43.00 paye inclusive per hour, depending on skill and experience Please note out client uses a direct engagement model and therefore paye inclusive is the payment method Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm Essential criteria: Must be able to start 04/10 in order to accommodate handover current incumbent Must have significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level (minimum Band 8A) Understand and can demonstrate a leadership role in a practical previous application of a full project lifecycle Stage 0-7 Have clear demonstrable knowledge and experience of relevant NHS guidance documents to include HTMs and HBNs Experience and knowledge of all governance mechanisms available to ensure the successful outcome of a project Interview required: Yes Interview panel: 2 which will comprise of Associate Director of Development & Strategy – Estates and Facilities & Associate Director of Estates Operations Questions Are you available to start on 04/10 in order to accommodate handover current incumbent? Do you have significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level (minimum Band 8A)? Do you understand and can demonstrate a leadership role in a practical previous application of a full project lifecycle Stage 0-7? Do you have experience of relevant NHS guidance documents to include HTMs and HBNs? Do you have knowledge of all governance mechanisms available to ensure the successful outcome of a project?
