Associate Building Surveyor - A real estate firm with an extensive portfolio An independent real estate consultancy, based in the heart of London are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their dilapidations focused arm to the business. This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor with extensive dilapidations experience, who can manage existing clients, as well as develop new ones. As the chosen Associate Building Surveyor you'll work closely with junior Building Surveyors to support with their training, whilst also delivering schemes and creating new business. Person specification This role will suit an Associate Building Surveyor with vast experience, who is keen to continue progressing and specialising with a business.
