As our portfolio of clients continues to expand, we are looking for a candidate with comprehensive experience across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to price projects accurately and manage costs, ensuring the company maintains strong financial control throughout each project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation and Pricing: Prepare accurate pricing for various projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bids. Procurement: Oversee purchasing and sourcing of materials, maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality. Cost Monitoring and Reporting: Track project costs and timelines, ensuring they align with budgets and schedules. Valuations: Conduct project valuations and manage payment applications, ensuring financial transparency. Contract Management: Oversee and manage all contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and effective control. Risk and Litigation Management: Address and resolve any contractual or financial disputes, safeguarding the company’s interests.
