Having recently partnered with this boutique Project Management consultancy, they are looking to hire a Project Manager in Q1 of 2025 to support their current workload. Based in the City of London, this firm is currently working on some fantastic projects spanning Commercial, Residential, Heritage and much more. Candidates must have experience running small projects and be comfortable in a client-facing role. Whilst there will be excellent support from the leadership team, candidates are expected to have previous experience working within a Project Management Consultancy. Whilst it is not essential, MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM are highly desirable, however for candidates looking to become chartered, there is an excellent level of support with very high pass rates in this firm. The lead Director for the team has worked on some of London's most iconic projects involving listed and heritage buildings, and has a genuine passion for the industry that feeds down throughout the team. Candidates will need to have a minimum of 4 years experience working within a Consultancy and be able to demonstrate experience on previous projects. Ideally, candidates will have had exposure to both pre-construction and delivery phases. Flexible working is catered for by the business along with a generous package. On offer is a salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on years of experience. Candidates at Senior Project Manager grade will also be considered with salaries up to and including £70,000.
