Based in the midlands, an award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Project Manager to run their fast track projects. Based a short drive from Birmingham, the Project Manager will be needed to visit sites across the midlands. The role of the Project Manager. The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team. You will be working on fast track retail & leisure projects, ranging in value from £500K - £5M. A strong construction understanding will be expected. You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly. The requirements Clear evidence of a Retail Fit-Out background 5 years in the Project Management world Contract handling of between £500k - £5M Ability to communicate effectively Looking for a permanent position Provide a hands-on approach.
