Quantity Surveyor Salary DOE Magherafelt Duties Evaluate construction drawings and specifications to determine labor, material, and specialist needs. Prepare documents, and source and obtain material and subcontractor quotations. Conduct final negotiations and place orders. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective operations. Liaise with clients to agree on rates, variations, and conduct cost analysis.
