Quantity Surveyor Location: Huntingdon Salary: £32,000 - £55,000 Package Company Type: Regional Groundworks Contractor Focus: Groundworks Packages for Housebuilders and Contractors This is a great opportunity for you to apply your expertise to a variety of groundworks projects for housebuilders and contractors across the Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of groundworks packages, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the groundworks or civil engineering sector. Strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. This position offers a salary of £32,000 - £55,000 plus a comprehensive package, including a car allowance, pension, and holiday.
