Quantity Surveyor - City of London Our client specialises in luxury commercial and residential refurb projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team that has experience working on high end fit out projects, up to £15mil in value. They are happy to take candidates with varying levels of experience, ideally from 2yrs experience postgrad. All of their sites are Central London based working on some of London's most exclusive projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and has a strong pipeline of work through 2024. The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have/be: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end commercial or residential refurbishment projects Client facing and presentable Strong Numeracy skills Excellent IT skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenJob details: Start date: ASAP Location: Central London based sites Salary: £45-60,000 per annumWe are a Kiwi / Aussie owned & operated company that has been helping people in the construction industry for 20 years
