Senior Building Surveyor Up to £60k DOE Glasgow MRICS Your new company Hays is working with a leader in the global world of real estate advisory. They are looking for a talented and highly motivated Building Surveyor to join their growing Glasgow team. They are passionate about creating opportunities for their staff to progress and invest in their professional development. Your new role You will be working on a broad range of projects with high profile clients, typically ranging in value from 150k to 30million in value. You will be working closely with other arms of their business in Agency, Valuations, Lease Advisory and Planning and Rating to provide a comprehensive one-stop shop for their clients. You will be delivering project management expertise on repair and refurbishment, new build and internal fit-out projects. Assisting with coordination of instructions on property portfolios, proactive and self-motivated with a confident and engaging client-facing manner. What you'll need to succeed MRICS Chartership is essential with a broad range of experience of real estate project work across multiple sectors.
