I am working with a Residential Property Agency who are keen to expand their teams due to continued ongoing work Based in Central London and working on properties valued up to and above £25m Your new role Residential Property Agency – lettings, acquisitions, disposals of clients. A range of Residential/ Commercial Valuation work, Ideally, some Lease Consultancy work – rent reviews, lease renewals etc. Any other professional experience would be advantageous. What you'll need to succeed This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join and establish themselves within a highly successful and expanding practice, to grow the company further. The successful candidate will be a min-3-year MRICS Qualified Commercial Valuation – Registered Valuer Experience of Commercial Property Agency. A high degree of IT literacy is essential. Excellent client interfacing, negotiation, and communication skills. Driving licence is essential. Previous experience within the sector, either consultancy or client-side in ability to work on their own initiative and work unsupervised.
