Assistant Site Manager - D&B Construction Warrington / North West England £30,000 - £45,000 exceptional package ASAP Start Refurbishment / CAT B / CAT / Office Fit Outs - D&B SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid The client is an innovative Fit Out contractor. They have a massive bank of already won jobs across North West England and surrounding areas and great potential for peoples growth. Quality, Health & safety and brand value are hugely important to this client. They have won many awards on their jobs so they are expecting new talent to come through with them. The company has an immediate requirement for an assistant site manager to run a D&B Cat B office refurbishment project, very client facing role with a tight programme. The client wants someone with drive and potential of running their own projects in near future. All the project will be in variouis locations in NW England, we need an individual who is happy to travel and and stay away if need be. This opportunity could go temporary to permanent or the right candidate. The Manager must be / have: • Track record of working on Commercial fit out jobs • Track record of Successfully Completed D&B Fit out projects. • Can hit the ground running • Procure, commercially manage, run jobs alone • Good eye for detail • Great quality assurance skills • Health and Safety focused Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
