Permanent Quantity Surveyor role in Lincoln, £45000 - £48000 car allowance bonus benefits Quantity Surveyor Job, To be based in Lincoln Salary circa £48000 per annum Car Allowance Package Your new companyA Repairs and Maintenance contractor based in Lincoln are looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their team due a series of new contracts won across the Lincolnshire region. Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to repairs and maintenance projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimation, budget control, and timely delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects Schedule of rates Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments Procuring materials and subcontractors Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations Managing variations and claims Providing regular reports to the project manager and senior management team What you'll need to succeedA degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What you'll get in returnThe role is paying a competitive annual salary which will be based on experience with great benefits and package on offer.Monday to Friday working based in their Lincoln offices.
