As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will include: Developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets. Supervising the project cost plan from inception to practical completion, ensuring thorough risk assessment and accurate cost estimation. Assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, cash flow management, dispute resolution, cost oversight, and account administration, and facilitating agreement on final accounts.
