Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Tonbridge Salary: Up to £65,000 per year car allowance Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent and East Sussex. The developer has pre-sold up to 80% of their properties before building. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from inception to completion. Work both in the office and on-site. Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting. Liaise with contractors and stakeholders. Oversee procurement and contract management. Requirements: Proven experience in residential development. Experience working on the main contracting side is preferred. Strong project management skills. Valid driving licence. Relevant qualifications and certifications.
