Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Internal Manager for their new build residential project in Cambridge. The project is an rc frame consisting of 147 units. You will be working in one tower alongside a other fit out managers taking 18 units from first fix through to handover. Requirements: Sound working knowledge of relevant site activities Proven experience of seeing a task through to completion Proven experience in supervising site activities or similar Appropriate CSCS card SMSTS certificate First Aid at Work certificate Basic IT skills Experience working on a residential projects (Essential) You will be responsible for; H&S Management Review and approve RAMS Snagging/De-Snagging Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherencePlease apply now and contact Danny Ireland at Fawkes and Reece on (phone number removed) if interested
