Site Manager. Cardiff, CF10 Temporary SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid £250 - £260 per day. 8am - 4.30pm. Mon - Fri. 1 month Immediate Start One of our key clients are on the look out for a Site Manager preferably with roofing experience but not essential. Our client are a well known for delivering warehouses, sheds and their main client is Amazon. You will be reporting into a Project Manager to work alongside and deliver a high finish to the office block roof. The project involves: Roof recoating works by a Garland approved contractor. Someone with this experience would be preferred but not essential. If you are hardworking, reliable and a proactive manager this is a great opportunity to get in with a principal contractor who have a bucket load of work coming up and going into 2025. Site Manager Essential Requirements: • SMSTS • CSCS Manager Card • 1st Aid at Work - Reviewing and approving RAMS - Conducting Site Inductions - Weekly Sub-Contractor Meetings - Incident and Accident Reporting - Must have your own PPE • Managing Health & Safety on site • Quality Control • Proficient IT Skills • Local to site (1 hour maximum commute) Get in touch for more details and we can have a confidential chat to discuss the great opportunity.
