Site Manager - Commercial conversion to residential Gravesend £45,000 to £55,000 Hunter Mason is working exclusively with a Residential developer based in Gravesend. They are looking for a experienced Site Managerto join them on a permanent basis. Role details Successfully manage a new project which will comprise of 27 residential units, the project will involve the conversion of commercial to residential. This project will last appropriately one and a half years and requires someone who has experience in executing projects from the pre construction phase to completion and handover. Duties: Manage all internal contractors from 1st fix stage to NHBC handover Building Control QA checks of every stage of the work Contractors meetings Tool box talks Health and safety Experience and tickets: SMSTS CSCS Previous experience on Commercial to residential conversion Previous experience of Managing the full construction cycle
